Welcome! This website is about taking responsibility for our health and the way that our lives are progressing. It is about healing and making the changes that are necessary for us to move forward.

It is also about spiritual development, because in the course of healing ourselves and searching for answers, we inadvertently move closer to who we really are.

New and more powerful energies are now in place for miracles to happen. Miracles such as no longer having our buttons pressed, welcoming joy back into our lives where once there may have been cold indifference, and having our highest potentialities unfold for us in a perfect way, with ‘coincidence’ after ‘coincidence’ suddenly happening in our lives.

However, getting to that point where everything falls seamlessly into place is not easy. The journey is a long one and while the path may be fraught with hardships, frustrations and sacrifices, it is one of certain success.

While we understand that as we think positive thoughts and send out positive energy, positive things will come to us, life often does not seem to work that way.

The energy of our positive thoughts may be nullified by the energy of our subconscious emotions. Because we are conscious of what we think but not of the fears and the sadness that may lurk below the surface, we see only that positive thinking has not worked to bring about what we desired into our lives.

There is much work in front of us and no shortcuts. We need to engage our innermost selves and confront all the repressed and suppressed energies within us. Everything that is keeping us from being all that we can be, needs to be worked on and released.

This is, without a doubt, a monumental task. No ones likes to revisit pain, especially pain which has been suffered as a powerless child. Yet every incident, every distress holds a special key which, collectively, will help to unlock within us the wellspring of our true and whole selves.

The new energies available at this time can give us all an extra push in the direction of our highest aims and we are now at that juncture in life where we have the good fortune of choosing to make faster progress, provided we put in the requisite work.
